What Counts For Billing

A connector means one connector config with one command queue. Use one connector config for each active AutoCount PC/server or branch.

ItemMeaningBilling
ConnectorOne connector config and one command queue, normally installed on one active AutoCount PC/server.Counts toward plan connector limit.
ComputerA Windows PC/server seen using a connector config.Shown for monitoring, not billed separately.
Account bookOne AutoCount database/company configured in a connector.Counts toward account book limit.
API keyAccess key for Mac Soft AI, AI, or an app.Security item, not a connector.

If the same config is installed on three computers, it still counts as one connector, but all three computers share one command queue. For production branches or multiple active PCs, create separate connectors.

Early customer billing

Online payment is not active yet. Subscription activation is handled by Mac Soft during onboarding so early customers can test the connector without blocking sales.
