For one company that needs reliable read API access and controlled write rollout.
For accounting teams, integrators, and AI workflows across more account books.
For high-volume customers, many branches, custom SLAs, and dedicated deployment planning.
A connector means one connector config with one command queue. Use one connector config for each active AutoCount PC/server or branch.
| Item | Meaning | Billing |
|---|---|---|
| Connector | One connector config and one command queue, normally installed on one active AutoCount PC/server. | Counts toward plan connector limit. |
| Computer | A Windows PC/server seen using a connector config. | Shown for monitoring, not billed separately. |
| Account book | One AutoCount database/company configured in a connector. | Counts toward account book limit. |
| API key | Access key for Mac Soft AI, AI, or an app. | Security item, not a connector. |
If the same config is installed on three computers, it still counts as one connector, but all three computers share one command queue. For production branches or multiple active PCs, create separate connectors.
Online payment is not active yet. Subscription activation is handled by Mac Soft during onboarding so early customers can test the connector without blocking sales.
